Since May 2021, I've spearheaded a transformative journey for The Steve Harvey Morning Show's social media page. Our follower base has surged, achieving a 45% increase in engagement. My responsibilities include curating and crafting content from their Zoom shows, which are leveraged to develop compelling blogs and various materials. These efforts are strategically orchestrated to enhance engagement across all platforms.



Y-100 Miami

For the flagship event #Y100JingleBall, I undertook the responsibility of designing the pre- and post-show social media calendar. Crafting attention-grabbing captions, I captivated the interest of the event's artists, their fanbases, and our audience, resulting in substantial social media engagement.

Additionally, I conceptualized and produced the #BehindTheJingleBall video series. This series offered an insightful retrospective of the most memorable moments from past #Y100JingleBall concerts, as witnessed through the perspectives of our on-air personalities and production team.

Women In Radio

For Women In Radio, we aimed for a logo and color scheme that exudes instant recognition. The branding strategy emphasizes simplicity, cleanliness, and a distinctly feminine touch. Our social media presence boasts over 15,000 followers across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Our website consistently garners over 10,000 monthly views, showcasing a range of content from blogs to our e-commerce offerings.

In addition to my regular responsibilities, I have a pivotal role in organizing the annual Women In Radio conference held in various cities. This entails coordinating panelists, conceptualizing the event theme, securing venues, executing targeted promotion through platforms like Facebook ads and digital interviews, and actively soliciting sponsorship contributions and donations.

Beacon College Prep

As a Freelance Digital Consultant for Beacon College Prep, a prominent charter school in the Opa-Locka region of South Florida, I had the privilege of spearheading innovative projects and imparting my social media expertise to staff members and the esteemed Board of Directors.

Among the projects I conceptualized and executed are a comprehensive school newsletter, the establishment of a streamlined Mailchimp account for seamless parent communication, the creation of appealing merchandise tailored to students and staff preferences, and the development of a persuasive flyer designed to entice the school's Board of Directors towards securing grants and donations. These initiatives showcase my commitment to enhancing the school's digital presence and overall outreach strategies.
